Tips For Faster Sales
- Lawns and Garden - remover the clutter, cut the grass, edge all walks, trims hedges and weed gardens
- Front of house - paint, fix or wash railings, steps, screens and front door
- Exterior - repair, paint or wash back door, siding and windows
- Garage - tiddy up, paint and fix any doors, wash siding and remove all clutter
- Plumbing - repair leaky faucets, toilets or shower heads, remove any stains or build up
- Heating/cooling - clean unit and replace or clean filters
- Lights - replace all burnt out bulbs and broken or faulty switches
- Halls and Stairs - remove clutter to open up the wider more spacious feel
- Hardware - tighten all door knobs, faucets and fixtures
- General condition - dust, wash, paint, fix any defects as required. Store all unneeded items to open up and enlarge living space
The Must Do's
- Kitchen - stove, refridgerator and all sinks should be spotless and all work space clean and clear
- Bathrooms - neat, spotless and fresh. Cracked or missing caulking should be replaced
- Closets - clean and organize. Untidy and cluttered closets suggests inadequte storage space

- Let me know which rooms benefit from sunshine and/or cool breezes
- Explain to me what you enjoy about your home, the location, yard, ameneties, etc
- Turn on all the lights prior to any showings
- Leave your window coverings open during the day and closed at night
- Strong odours from cooking or smoking can ruin a sale or first impression. Ensure your home is fresh for any and all showings
